Where a client chooses to apply for early access to superannuation on compassionate grounds for a hair transplant procedure, we may share relevant personal, medical, and treatment information with a third-party facilitator, “Release My Super”,“Australia”] (RMS), strictly for the purpose of assisting with the application process.

By proceeding, you provide informed consent for:

  • Sharing of relevant medical and treatment information
  • Sharing of treatment quotes and supporting documentation
  • RMS acting as an intermediary to assist with submission to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
