TAYLA HELM
Hair Transplant Technician.
Tayla began her journey as a Hair Transplant Technician in Auckland, New Zealand, in 2023, working alongside the highly regarded Dr TJ. This invaluable early experience laid a strong foundation in both the technical skills and patient-focused care required in hair restoration. Since then, Tayla has brought her expertise to Perth to continue working with Dr TJ as part of the team at FUE Clinics, all while pursuing a degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Murdoch University. Her commitment to expanding her academic knowledge alongside her hands-on clinical experience reflects her dedication to the science and precision behind successful hair restoration.
What Tayla loves most about being part of FUE Clinics is the welcoming, collaborative, and supportive environment. Chriselda is a dedicated Hair Transplant Assistant at FUE Clinics, bringing a thoughtful and meticulous approach to every procedure. Currently pursuing a double major in Biomedical Science, specialising in Human Anatomy & Biology and Immunology & Microbiology, she combines her academic knowledge with practical, hands-on experience in the clinic. Known for her attention to detail and calm, friendly presence, Chriselda strives to ensure every patient feels at ease. Those in the procedure room may occasionally hear her softly humming or singing—a small but comforting presence that helps create a relaxed, reassuring atmosphere during what can otherwise feel like a daunting experience.
Outside of the clinic, Chriselda has a wide range of interests. A lifelong music enthusiast, she plays several instruments and often turns to music as a creative outlet. Having grown up overseas in various countries rather than in the one she holds citizenship for, she brings a unique global perspective to her interactions. She particularly enjoys water sports in hot, tropical climates, but since moving to Perth, she has swapped ocean waves for regular gym sessions. When time allows, she loves to bake and experiment with new recipes.
For Chriselda, the best part of working at FUE Clinics is the team itself. This sense of rhythm and balance between work and study is something she deeply values.
Her advice for anyone considering a hair restoration procedure is simple yet practical: “Just do it—but make sure to plan for enough rest after your procedure. Recovery is just as important as the procedure itself in achieving the best results.”
